Refund Policy & Online Visit booking

Our online services offer hassle free Blood test booking options for both Pre-paid & COD. After booking you will received order confirmation on sms and email and our customer care executive will call you to reconfirm the slot, tests & technician details. You may choose to re-schedule the appointment by calling our customer care between 07:00 - 22:00 hours.

If non-availability of service or preferred time you may cancel the appointment from the App or Website or through the Customer Care. A visit can be cancelled till 4 hours prior to sample collection. Once the sample is collected the order cannot be cancelled And NonRefundable.

Upon successful cancellation if the order is pre-paid, Amount is refunded back to the Same Bank/card/credit card within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation. Refund is not applicable for COD orders. In case of partial cancellation, request you to inform our service agent to process the refund.
